WeTronic automatic analyzers
The success of a water treatment by adding treatment products or by external water treatment essentially depends on the chemical composition of the water and the concentration of the treatment products added.
In the treatment or treatment of cooling, boiler or heating water, a large number of parameters often have to be recorded and linked together in a meaningful way.
In addition to the water management systems WeTronic KT and WeTronic NW, Weidner Wassertechnik offers you a large number of automatic analyzers. In the spirit of Industry 4.0, you not only bring your production processes up to date, but also your water circuits.
The automatic analyzer basically consists of a control unit and an analysis unit. This means that these are not just automatic analysis systems, but complete control units for a technical process. Depending on the automatically determined analysis result, the process can be controlled, for example, by activating external pumps or valves.
The standard procedure for the individual analytical process steps is based on a so-called micro-batch method. The analysis does not take place continuously, but at adjustable time intervals. The shortest interval between two analyzes thus depends on the time required for the chemical reactions taking place during the automatic analysis.
By using a WeTronic automatic analyzer, you not only save time through a direct analysis on site, you also save water and chemicals. Due to the very simple operation and reading of the data, no specialist staff or specialist laboratory is required. The specification and benchmark for the development was maximum flexibility of the systems while consistently maintaining a quality standard that satisfies industrial requirements.
We provide a variety of systems from our own development and production for these and other measurement tasks. Due to the modular structure, hardware and software can be retrofitted at any time. Special developments and special program extensions are possible quickly and without any problems.
What we offer:
- Individual selection of the measurement parameters for your application
- Early detection of setpoint deviation
- Industry 4.0: online access via web interface
- Controllable dosing systems
- Saving labor and minimizing the chemicals used
