
WeTronic NW wet scrubber management system
The patent-pending WeTronic NW enables you to continuously and precisely monitor and control the washing water quality in your wet separator and operate it outside the scope of the 42nd BImSchV.
When developing this management system, we paid particular attention to controlling the pH value of the washing water.
Below a pH value of 4 and above a pH value of 10, your wet scrubber no longer falls within the scope of the 42nd BImSchV.
With two independent pH value measuring systems that are constantly compared with each other, the WeTronic NW gives you twice the security of the pH measurement. A deviation of the two measured values within an adjustable tolerance range leads to an alarm message from the system and automatic biocide dosing to ensure hygienic operation. The dosing of biocide allows you to disinfect your system at the same time, so that you do not have to accept any compromises when it comes to hygienically safe operation.
This is made possible by an additional dosing system for biocide, in addition to the dosing of lye for increasing the pH value.
A modern touch panel for smooth and intuitive operation is part of the standard version. Like its sister device, the WeTronic KT for evaporative coolers, the WeTronic NW can be expanded with a large number of modules. In this way, we can adapt the system exactly to the requirements of your plant.

In their standard version, the WeTronic water management systems are self-sufficient systems for monitoring and controlling water circuits. Expansion modules for each system allow the operator to easily install additional sensors, control components and communication interfaces in a WeTronic. This can usually even be done later. With the help of these modules, each WeTronic can be precisely adapted to your customer requirements and the individual requirements of your system.
Of course, we are also open to all requests that go beyond our standardized and tried-and-tested modular system .
